international Peace & Policy Council (IPPC)

For the Sake of Children - Start the Conversation.

A Purpose and a Promise

In a fractured world, this Council offers a seat at the table where solutions-not sides-are the priority. For the  sake of our children, this alternative must exist. And it does-through the unwavering commitment of the Wade  Family Endowment.

The Great commission

The Wade Family Endowment International Peace & Policy Council is a conflict resolution initiative founded to serve as a neutral, non-governmental, and non-national body comprised of distinguished experts in business, religion,  politics, law, diplomacy, and military affairs. This global council operates independently of any state influence  and exists solely to facilitate peaceful dialogue, mediation, and negotiation between nations in conflict or  tension.  Built on the belief that no child should suffer as a result of political division, and that mothers and fathers  should not lose their children-and children should not lose their lives, the Council offers a credible, impartial  space for classified, constructive engagement between adversaries.

Why This Work Matters

As the philanthropic arm behind the International Children's Memorial, the Wade Family Endowment has a moral and humanitarian obligation to intervene wherever conflict threatens the safety of children and  communities. Armed conflicts, political stand-offs, and instability too often result in tragic losses for the  youngest and most innocent among us

Purpose & Vision

In a world where geopolitical disputes often become paralyzed by pride, power dynamics, or distrust between  governments, the Peace and Policy Council provides a trusted third-party alternative-especially for nations  hesitant to engage through rival or biased intermediaries. Unlike peace talks hosted by other nation-states,  our Council ensures there are no national interests, political strings, or external pressure points, only a focus  on truth, trust-building, and humanitarian outcome.  For example, during past global crises, parties often declined to use another country's mediation due to fears  of surveillance, coercion, or political manipulation. In contrast, a neutral civil body like the Wade Council  provides discretion, confidentiality, and fairness, unencumbered by sovereign agendas.
